Where is the clubhouse located?
1537 Mills Creek Road, Jacksonville, Florida.
What are the operating days and hours?
We’re starting with 3 days a week, open from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. These hours may adjust as the community grows.
Will the clubhouse be open on other days?
Yes. On off-days, the space will be available for private rentals such as weddings, shows, and events to help support clubhouse expenses.
Can I bring a guest?
At this time, the clubhouse is open only to official Black in Jax Anime members.
How do I get my Clubhouse card?
Once you subscribe, you’ll receive a form to submit your card details. You can choose a Hunter x Hunter License or Solo Leveling Rank Card.
Both Hokage and Anbu members will receive a physical membership card.
How do I upgrade my membership?
You can upgrade any time by visiting: www.blackinjax.com/memberships
Is there a volunteer or work-exchange option?
Yes. We’re currently developing a volunteer program for both general support and moderator team roles.
Are snacks and drinks free?
Snacks and drinks are included for Hokage-tier members. Other members may purchase them. Items are free while supplies last.
What kind of drinks are available?
Standard drinks include sodas, juice, and water. Premium drinks are included for Sage-tier members only or available for purchase at select events.
Will there be alcoholic beverages?
Yes, but only at select private events. Premium alcoholic drinks are included for Sage-tier members or may be purchased separately.
Will there be a menu?
Yes. A menu is currently being developed and will be posted soon.
Can I bring food or drinks from outside?
No. Outside food and drinks are not allowed at this time.
Is there a full kitchen?
Yes. The kitchen is available for events, meals, and themed gatherings like Food Wars-style cookoffs.
What kind of events will the clubhouse host?
You can expect anime screenings, karaoke nights, cosplay events, trivia, art showcases, gaming tournaments, and more.
Will there be anime movie nights?
Yes. We’ll be using our 150-inch projector screen for regular anime screenings and private premieres.
Can I rent the clubhouse for an event?
Yes. Contact Rinne Lewis or Laia Castlez to schedule a private event or discuss rental options.
Can I sell merch or promote my brand at the clubhouse?
Vendor opportunities are available with approval. Contact us to apply as a vendor or sponsor.
Do I need to bring my own controller?
Controllers are available at the clubhouse, but you are welcome to bring and connect your own.
Will there be VR gaming?
Yes. VR gaming setups are coming soon.
Will there be Wi-Fi?
Yes. Free Wi-Fi will be available for all members.
Is the clubhouse family-friendly?
The clubhouse is currently 21 and up, but we will host regular kid-friendly events for all ages.
Is there a dress code?
Cosplay and casual wear are welcome. However, attire must be respectful and not offensive or inappropriate.
Can I smoke at the clubhouse?
Yes. We have a large enclosed outdoor area where smoking is permitted.
Is there parking available?
Yes. Parking is available on-site, but may be limited during major events.
What safety and security measures are in place?
Staff will be on-site during open hours. We have clear community guidelines, a reporting process, and policies in place to maintain a safe environment.
