Chat Host Guidelines

1. Monitor Discussions:

   • Regularly observe chat conversations to maintain a positive and respectful environment.

   • Identify and manage inappropriate content, spam, or harassment.

2. Communication Etiquette:

   • Stay on Topic: Encourage members to keep discussions relevant to the group's purpose.

   • Avoid Spamming: Discourage repetitive messages, excessive links, or unnecessary large files.

   • Be Clear and Concise: Communicate clearly and succinctly to avoid misunderstandings.

3. Conflict Resolution:

   • Address Conflict: Handle conflicts or issues immediately.

   • Mediate Fairly: Act as a neutral mediator to resolve disputes impartially.

   • Set Boundaries: Clearly define acceptable behavior and consistently enforce rules.

4. Privacy and Security:

   • Respect Privacy: Do not share personal information of group members without their consent.

   • Secure Environment: Ensure the group remains a safe space by monitoring and removing potentially harmful content or members.

5. Active Participation:

   • Encourage Engagement: Motivate members to participate and contribute constructively to discussions.

   • Be Responsive: Respond to questions and concerns promptly to maintain an active and engaging environment.

   • Share Updates: Regularly provide updates and important information relevant to the group's interests.

6. Code of Conduct:

   • As a leader of Black in Jax Anime, represent the group with respect.

   • Refrain from bullying, using your role negatively, sexual harassment, and discrimination.

   • Violations will result in an immediate ban.
